Is there a minimum contract period?
We offer month-to-month arrangements: no long-term contracts required. We do ask for 2 weeks' notice to pause or cancel service.
What areas do you deliver office flowers to?
We deliver to offices across Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Mississauga, Markham, Vaughan, and surrounding GTA areas.
Can you deliver to multiple floors or departments?
Yes. Multi-zone delivery within the same building or nearby campus is available at no extra charge. We'll map your delivery zones in our initial setup call.
Who handles the vases?
We can supply and maintain vases as part of your plan, or work with your existing vessels. Let us know your preference and we'll accommodate.
Can I pause service during holidays or office closures?
Absolutely. Simply notify us 5 business days before a planned pause and we'll hold service until you're ready to resume: no fees.
