- Monday – Friday: order by 2:00 PM
- Saturday: order by 10:00 AM
- Sunday: no delivery
Delivery Fees
- Within 30 km: $20 flat
- Free on orders over $200 (within 30 km)
- Beyond 30 km: $20 + $2 per extra km

Delivery FAQ
What happens if no one is home?
Our driver will leave the flowers in a safe location (porch, with a neighbour, or at the front desk) and take a photo as proof of delivery. We'll notify you by text.
Can I specify a delivery time?
We offer morning (9 AM–12 PM), afternoon (12 PM–3 PM), and evening (3 PM–6 PM) windows at checkout. We cannot guarantee an exact time, but do our best to honour preferences.
Do you deliver on holidays?
Yes, we deliver on most public holidays including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Thanksgiving. Check our store for holiday hours and cutoff times.
What if my flowers arrive damaged?
We guarantee 100% freshness. If your flowers arrive damaged or below our quality standards, contact us within 24 hours and we'll redeliver or issue a full refund.
