Mahsa Salehabadi grew up surrounded by the Persian tradition of flowers as symbols of beauty, hospitality, and reverence. After studying fine arts, she channeled that aesthetic sensibility into floral design: a discipline where colour, texture, and form come together in living sculpture.
She opened Bana Florist in 2015 on Yonge Street in North York, the heart of Toronto's Persian community, with a simple belief: every person deserves flowers that feel extraordinary, not ordinary. A decade later, that belief still guides every arrangement that leaves the studio.
