Our Process
Our process is consultative and begins with an on-site visit to understand your specific requirements, as well as the character of your space, location, and brand identity. From there, we develop tailored design concepts and select plant varieties best suited to your environment. A clear and accurate quotation is then provided, based on a minimum contract spend. We are also happy to collaborate with your interior design team, working from mood boards and floor plans as needed.
Once the planting design and maintenance agreement are approved, our installation team manages delivery and installation with minimal disruption. A dedicated technician then conducts regular scheduled visits to ensure all plants are properly watered, nourished, and maintained in excellent condition.
